this image with me by the real Cat 994F to give an idea of the size of the next mega model. Worlds largest all steel ,static hand built one of a kind models hand cut out and hand built by one person , Don Campbell . I am the only person from start to finish building these models including body work and paint. Many model builders have other people do much of the work and they assemble them and then send them out to have them painted. So I am very proud that I am the one who really builds every piece of every model , drills and welds and shapes every single part . To me it is like metal art more than anything else. The best thing is i still get very excited building every new model.
Mack Truck 1/4 scale Progress- The Mack Truck Toy project is coming along good and this week I should get the trailer all roughed in with folding ramps. Today I will work on the rear trailer axles and mount the 8 rear wheels. I should get the end of the frame boxed in too.
