Grandsons first summer visit as a little boy . Last summer my little grandson Terak was just a few months old. Sure I did my best to teach him his first colors . They just happened to be green and yellow i think ?
But tomorrow I get a second chance at setting him up for the rest of his life to have a special memory of John Deere Tractors !!!
As a little boy I don’t remember only once or twice ever riding on a tractor with my grandpa. But I still remember it very well.
In the next two weeks I hope my little grandson will get lots of seat time behind the wheel of my tractors and mini loaders. Hopefully he will not be scared of the noise or we will be pushing him around the yard for the next two weeks on them, ha,ha. I figure if I put five in the front driveway and 5 in the backyard that should get his attention. Along with over 50 jd toy tractors in 1/16th scale inside the house. This will be his only visit to Michigan until Christmas. Maybe he will like snowplowing too ! (:>)
Not only is Terak going to be excited I’m sure Deb is excited looking out the back window at this colorful view , ha,ha,ha.
This is the worst my lawn has ever looked in 27 years . i have not turned on the irrigation this year knowing we were in such drought conditions all over the U.S. For some reason it just bothers me to run my sprinklers this summer.
Once I get the 5 bottom plow built I can have fun plowing my backyard, LOL
