End of a fun vacation- Alpenfest is over and I watched the carnival trucks pull out this morning on my bike ride.
As I stood yesterday on the sidelines watching Nicole run the 10K race here in Gaylord it made me want to take off down the street and run with her on the last mile to give her extra encouragement.
Nicole is like Deb and I as all three of us struggle everyday trying to lose weight. There is not one day we wake up and don’t think about what we can and what we can’t eat. We have lost weight and reached our goal so many times over the years just to slowly get bored with eating brocolli and carrots and gain it back.
But the good news is we never completley give up. (:>)
This morning Deb and i got up and walked a 5K for the first time in a long time. And then i got on my bike and biked another 15 mile non stop mountain bike ride.
We also loaded up the frig with healthy choices and here we go again to give it another try. (:>) Were never depressed about it, were actually excited to try again hoping this will be the time were successful and we reach our goal and keep the weight off.
The best thing is we all help each other for the same goal.
