Today’s photo shows me cleaning up the front yard and getting ready to haul the snow in the backyard. This was my first winter without the other more dependable Waldon .
This one is older and slower and it has a crack in the exhaust manifold . I am afraid I will break off every bolt if I try to fix it so I just decided to leave it. Too bad a little weld wouldn’t patch it. This old mini loader started all but two mornings and the minute I jumped it , it rolled over and fired right up. The cab paid off and It really was much more fun without the wind blowing on me. The old industrial 4 cylinder Ford engine never let me down. I had a blast playing on it. Considering I bought it to cut up for a mini 4×4 farm tractor project looks like I will keep it as a loader now. Today I worked on my next tractor project . Now that the tires are on it I designed new fenders for it and cut them out and bent them up and welded them in place. I’m starting to like it already.
Day 7 Dieting – Deb and I had a fun winter without going crazy on our eating . We did not gain all our past weight back and now were back on track and today is my third day of running again. So far even at 60 my old legs , knees, hips and heart seem to be working just fine. All that snow shoveling really helped me not get too lazy, ha,ha.
Have a great FRIDAY
