Jeds Wholesale Tire Store- Todays progress picture on my custom 4×4 articulating I got the second wheel adaptor cut out and drilled and i got the second duel ring spacer cut out , bent into a ring and welded . Also got the next set of bolts cut . This picture shows the first time having the four front duels attached to the mini tractor. I think it looks awesome already and exactly what I imagined to look day and night different than the little baby size lawnmower tires.
You can see one rear tire just leaning against the fender and today the rear fenders will come off along with the seat and the fuel tank . Then I will procede to build the next adaptor and spacer. The whole rear of the machine has to be refabricated to fit the new rear duels.
I bought four of these 30x8x12 lug tires from Jeds Tire in Tenn. last fall . One set went on the front of the mini jd 4020 and the other se went on the rear of the mini jd 730 narrow front tractor. My mind is just spinning thinking of how this tractor will look when I get done with it. (:>)
